Owner & Lead Consultant
Dominic Costello is a technology driven management professional specializing in multiple industries. Those industries include electrostatic spraying focused on the automotive market, flat panel displays, high precision automation and the railroad transportation industry. Mr. Costello has over 20 years of experience directing a series of financially successful teams and projects in all these industries.
Currently Mr. Costello is a Sr. Manager with General Electric’s Transportation Global Signaling Division. Mr. Costello was brought into the organization as a team leader in the Projects Group. His primary scope of responsibility was to direct an extensive pipeline of public transportation projects. His typical project portfolio was valued at over $US30M.
Mr. Costello envisioned a new approach to the project initiation: Maximizing the upfront time spent with the customer to form the project requirements. He completed the first successful GE Transportation Global Signaling Design/Build project in Portland, OR.
Previously Mr. Costello was a Sr. Project Manager with ATS Systems Oregon in Corvallis, OR. Mr. Costello positioned himself as the ATS Lead Technical Manager for the Biotechnology Industry.
Prior to this Mr. Costello was the Sr. Process Engineering Manager and Operations Manager at Candescent Technologies in San Jose, CA. There he directed a group of Senior PhD Engineers and technicians focused on glass-to-glass thermal sealing in the flat panel industry. Mr. Costello also directed the selection process of a clean room automation supplier valued at $US35M.
Mr. Costello began his career in the electrostatic spraying industry with Ransburg Inc. in Indianapolis, IN., concentrating on the automotive industry. Ransburg was eventually purchased by ABB which requested Mr. Costello to transfer to the ABB Ransburg Japan branch. From there Mr. Costello traveled throughout SE Asia, Australia and Europe, engaged in engineering, sales and training.
Mr. Costello received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering at Indiana State University and prior to moving to Japan he completed pre-MBA course work. While in Japan he completed Japanese lessons at the Kawasaki Language Institute. After arriving in California, Mr. Costello completed the Project/Program Management Certification Course at UC Santa Cruz.

His expertise spans underwriting, due diligence, and maximizing post-acquisition performance, with a proven track record of driving portfolio growth and optimizing asset value.
Corbin currently plays a pivotal role in acquisitions and asset management, where he has successfully identified and acquired key multifamily properties, significantly growing portfolios and driving value. His expertise spans all stages of the investment process, from underwriting and due diligence to post-acquisition management and operational optimization. Throughout his career, Corbin has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, manage large-scale property portfolios, and implement strategic initiatives that maximize asset performance and long-term returns.
